Location cannot be beat! 3min walk to Forest Beach, 1min to 60+ shops & restaurants at Coligny Plaza. Completely remodeled. Sure to delight design enthusiasts, home chefs, & families with children (baby essentials included). 4 bedrooms: 2 en-suite masters with king beds at either end of the home, queen room, & new bunk room that sleeps 7. Perfect for 1 family looking to spread out, or 2+ families vacationing together. Enjoy our new pool, spa, and fully fenced yard. Step free home. Pet friendly.
The space
Large groups are welcome! The home has beds to sleep 13, plus 4 twin air mattresses and 2 pack and plays.

Bedroom/Bathroom configuration is as follows:
Room 1: King bed, en-suite bathroom
Room 2: King bed, en-suite bathroom
Room 3: Queen bed, shared hallway bathroom
Room 4 (Bunk Room): 1 full over queen bunk bed, 1 twin over full bunk bed, shared hallway bathroom

24 hour notice is required for early check in or late check out requests. We try our best to accommodate even last minute requests, however this depends on the availability of our cleaning team. All requests are subject to host approval.

Standard check out time is 10am.
Check out at 11am for an additional $65.
If a guest remains on the premises beyond 11:30pm without the authorization of the host a fee of $500 will be charged.

Wonderful stay

This house is amazing!! My family and I stayed here and really enjoyed the visit. Everything was great. The pool and hot tub were definitely a great part of the stay. Our kids used both and enjoyed them very much. The beds were so soft and comfortable. It was so easy to communicate with the owner of the property. They were very prompt in answering our questions. We’re so happy we chose to stay here. It was a great stay!!

Great Family Beach Getaway

My wife and I enjoyed a wonderful 5-day getaway with our 2 children and their spouses along with 5 grandchildren. It's not a huge house by any means but, despite having 11 people, we were very comfortable and did not feel overly crowded. If there was any downside, only two of the 4 bedrooms had attached bathrooms which meant one of the adult couples had to use the hallway bath and share with the kids. The bathroom was very conveniently located, so it was not a big deal. The pool was fabulous and the kids and adults, when not at the beach, spent a lot of time in the pool. The beach was a very short walk from the house and was not crowded at all. The only way it could have been more convenient was to be on the beach itself.The house was extremely well stocked with kitchen and other supplies. I was especially impressed by how many children's supplies they had from toys and games to an infant seat to children's cups, plates and utensils.All in all, it was a great experience, and I would recommend it very highly.

The property and location was perfect for our stay in Hilton Head, SC. We are a family of ten. Ages 2 to 70. We were a short walking distance to the beach and Coligny Plaza which offers shopping, restaurants, ice cream and coffee shops. There are a few children parks in walking distance or a short drive away. Sea Pines which offers a lot is a very short car ride or bike ride away.The property itself was lovely! A nice large kitchen offering all you would ever need for both adults and children. There are 2 king master bedroom/bath suites, a bedroom with a queen bed, and a bunk room for children, and a full hall bathroom with a tub/shower. Though the bedrooms and bathrooms are a little tight in size, they are nicely updated, clean and offer very nice towels and bedding.We really enjoyed the pool, spa and backyard! There was a gas grill, table and chairs, and two seating areas. The landscaping was also nice. There were two beach wagons, plenty of beach chairs, an umbrella, and some beach toys. This property offered us everything we needed for a memorable vacation.
