Located in the safe and quiet Colonia Cuauhtémoc neighborhood, this apartment offers the best of both worlds—walking distance to Roma, Condesa, and Polanco, while tucked away from the chaos.

This spacious, light-filled flat is just steps from the lush Bosque de Chapultepec, Avenida Reforma, and iconic landmarks like the Ángel de la Independencia and Diana Cazadora. Surrounded by countless museums, cafés, and neighborhood gems, it’s an ideal base for exploring Mexico City on foot or by bike.

The apartment is filled with beautiful plants, natural light, and a calm, grounding energy that's perfect for longer stays or slow mornings at home. Fast, reliable WiFi makes it easy to work remotely if needed.

Set in a charming Art Deco building, the apartment is a fourth-floor walk-up (no elevator) and offers privacy and comfort for up to four guests. Each bedroom has its own full bathroom, with generous space and a thoughtful layout throughout.

With so many cafés, restaurants, and bakeries just steps away, it’s an especially great fit for guests who enjoy dining out and experiencing the city’s food scene. I’m happy to share a curated list of favorite restaurants, cafés, and things to do in the area to help you make the most of your stay.

My brother and I were visiting Mexico City and this apartment worked out perfect four our stay. Mexico City has bikes to rent for a day, and there are several nearby docking stations. Chapultepec was an easy ride one direction, and Zocalo not far in the other direction. We also used a bus and the metro, which was also nearby. The apartment was full of plants, full of light, had a couple of central locations where we could plan our day or relax after a day of adventure. The guest bathroom is thin. There were two bedrooms, and my brother and I both slept great in the comfortable beds.Mennlay gave us all the information we needed, and was easy to reach when we needed to. She provided us with helpful information about the neighborhood.
