Clean, nicely furnished house, as depicted in photos on VRBO site; comfortable beds; adequately equipped kitchen; very convenient to Rt. 95, without noticeable highway traffic noise; extra (unpaved) parking behind house is helpful, though on-street parking is usually available; communication with owner very easy and unobtrusive; close proximity to grocery stores; great pizza available just down the street

The house was great, it was roomy enough for all 8 of us. The bedrooms are nice and large, the living room kitchen is a good size too. We had a great time hanging out. The pizza place (Hot for Pizza) and donut shop (Sugar Shack) were within blocks and we frequented both places. Parking behind the house was a little tight but we worked it out. The stay was great, we have no complaints about the house. We would consider it again for a future trip.

This was one of the best Vrbo stays I have ever booked. The unit was beyond spacious, the location was excellent! I couldn’t have been in a happier place for my wedding weekend. Host was beyond gracious with last minute changes to reservation and always asked if there was anything I needed to enhance our stay. My guests that accompanied me also enjoyed the place. Overall 10/10. If I ever need to book a large place in Richmond this will be the one I visit again. Thanks Mustafa!

Overall, the stay was great! The host was responsive and kind in communication. The place was lovely, clean, comfortable, and in a great location.The only hiccups were a little bit of difficulty at first getting the lockbox to open (I think the lever was bit sticky), a fire alarm battery that needed to be replaced (to which the host responded effectively), and that the designated parking was hard to find as we had to enter through an alley to get to the back of the house.

Perfect for sports moms for tournaments in Richmond

Excellent place for “sports moms”. The 4 bedrooms are all very spacious and the house setup is perfect to give privacy and ample of space. Location is also excellent; a block away from grocery store and 10 minutes walk from Whole Foods.Ample of parking and eating places around. 16 minutes from henrico sports complex and 5 from convention center was ideal for us. Kitchen is also easy for breakfast and bathrooms very spaciousThe place was very clean and instructions for check in very easily. The host also was very responsive Highly recommended place for sporting events. You can easily share with 3-4 “volleyball moms”
