The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please place all used towels in laundry basket in laundry room
Put all dishes in dishwasher and begin a cycle. If any dishes are left in sink it will be an extra $50 cleaning fee
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Place all trash in blue bin at end of driveway. Trash pick up is every Friday
NO SMOKING INDOORS allowed. Please discard of all cigarette butts appropriately, if found outside in yard will be charged extra 50$ cleaning fee
Please do not rearrange the furniture. And report any damages or issues immediately.

What a great house and the host was amazing. We were in Rome for the birth of our granddaughter and this home worked perfect for our family. We even enjoyed the fire pot one night. The house is older but clean, plenty of towels and the beds were comfy.
