About this property
Cute 2 Bedroom with Lake Access in Quiet Neighborhood - Sleeps 6
Your Tenkiller Lake getaway awaits at this recently remodeled 2-bedroom house. You're 1-2 minutes from Elk Creek Marina and have access to a private beach utilized by the neighborhood. Inside, guests will find a king bed, a full bed, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed. Enjoy the convenience of amenities like WiFi, Central Heating & AC, a Wash/Dryer, & Blackstone Grill. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place.
Private Lake Access: at the end of our street, is an unpaved path down the hill to a primitive beach area. The hill is steep and long, so be prepared for a workout, but the beach is private & peaceful. It is Corps of Engineers Land, so you cannot burn fires, leave any trash, or disturb the environment in any way. Fishing and swimming are allowed (make sure you have a fishing license.)
We are also a 1-2 minute drive down the hill to Elk Creek Marina.
Boats, Jet Skis, or any other trailered vehicle/water equipment must have prior approval to park at the house. Contact the owner ahead of time and we can speak with the Neighborhood Association for Approval for a temporary time (less than 1 week.)
