The location was perfect for our short Houston visit. This townhome was quiet and comfortable. However, we are only able to give this unit 3 stars as we had some housekeeping issues with the bathroom and kitchen. These issues were communicated to the owner and he responded quickly. While our stay was too short to address the issues during our stay, the owner said he would take care of them for future guests.
