Not what we wanted

I booked this listing based upon four couples staying together. We did not realize that this was a hotel until the day of arrival. We all had different rooms versus us all having one condo. Which was advertised. We were not happy at all with this booking We could have booked directly with best western and saved 100.00 per room.
