This newly renovated 8-bedroom, 5-bathroom private estate sits on 1 acre along Ole’ River and offers the perfect blend of comfort, entertainment, and unbeatable location. Enjoy your own private dock with stunning sunset views, and you’re only a 5-minute walk or quick 1-minute ride to the beach at the end of the street.

Ideal for families, boaters, and large groups, Legacy Villa comfortably sleeps up to 31 guests. Spend your days on the water, grill out and gather on the patio, unwind in the game room, or simply relax on the dock as the sun sets across the water. A must stay

Rented it for 4 nights and will be renting in the further..no doubt. Already has all the beach chairs, wagon, umbrellas that you will need for the short walk to the beach ( 5 min walk ). If you have a boat ..you will have a great place to dock it and clean the fish. Inside was super clean with a layout that provided for open spaces in the kitchen / living room, yet private bedrooms that were spacious . Also had parking for several cars.

One of the best rental experiences we've had! This home really has it all and the owners/property managers went the extra mile with the thoughtfulness of the quality of finishes, furnishings & amenities. Chris was super proactive reaching out and checking on us prior to check-in and very responsive all the way through. Spotless home & we can be a picky bunch, so its well-earned praise. 4 nights and we were never "bored". Family of 3 married couples (3 generations), a 16-year-old and couple of 21-year-olds for frame of reference. The game room was where we spent most of our time. The pool table/arcade games were such a hit. Beautiful pier/dock and perfect porches for hanging out. The photos don't really do it justice, beautiful home and a very short walk to the beach. The included beach chairs, wagon & ice machine were so convenient to save us from packing everything from home. We can't wait to book again, once the pool is installed!

Premier Vacation Group focuses only on luxury homes in Perdido Key. Perdido (Lost) Key is a barrier island on the northwestern tip of Florida. The Key is mostly made up of a state park, so it's not overpopulated. You won't find any hotels or an overbuilt beach community in Perdido Key. It's a quieter island that is a close drive to anything you could want to do in the neighboring communities of Pensacola, Orange Beach, Gulf Shores, or Foley. Once you stay in Perdido Key, you'll want to make it your permanent beach destination.

Like our other vacation properties, Premier Vacation Group has teamed up with the owners of LEGACY VILLA to create an amenity-rich environment in this house for spending quality time with the ones you care about the most.
