About this property

Modern 1920s Home at the Square in Downtown McKinney

Welcome to the McKinney Haus - our newly renovated single story 1920s home, named after our last name. We are just 1 block from the McKinney Historic Square. A few minutes walk to all the shops, dining, library, Farmer's Market, and Finch park. Location cannot be beat.

We designed our home with the goal to make it light and airy, filled with warm tones, natural materials, and plants for a minimalistic yet comfortable vibe. We cannot wait to share our home with you.

Great for larger groups as there are 2 living spaces that are separated. One is in front of the house and one in the back overlooking the backyard.

Sleeping:
Bedroom 1: 2 Twin beds
Bedroom 2: King Bed
Bedroom 3: King Bed with Ensuite bathroom

Living room:
- Full size sofa bed

Bathrooms:
- Ensuite with shower and double sink
- Hallway bathroom with tub and double sink
- Hallway half bath
All toiletries are from Public Goods.

Laundry room:
Brand new washer and dryer. We will have cleaning pods available for convenience.

Kitchen:
Fully equipped with fridge (with filtered water), gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, convection oven / air fryer, coffee maker, electric water kettle, pots, pans, cooking utensils. For the coffee lovers - we have the Ninja Pods and Grounds that can brew both pods and coffee grounds. We will have coffee pods and tea bags available.

Backyard:
Fenced backyard with a covered patio for outdoor dining or lounging.

Parking:
The driveway can fit 1 car. There is plenty of free street parking. On weekends the street parking does get busy, but weekdays is quite empty.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
