The space
We have an extra large master bedroom with a King size bed and a full-size sleeper sofa.
Guest access
You will access the home through the main iron fence in the front. The home is a Duplex with an office on one side. Unit 2 is the property and you can see it on your right side once you go through the main iron door.
Other things to note
The unit across from you is another AirBnB.

The property has a security camera at the entrance of the unit and only points towards the outside. We strictly use it for security purposes

This rental is absolutely gorgeous and so peaceful! Pictures do not do the high ceilings and cozy vibes justice. Host was responsive when we had issues entering and was very nice and helpful. Would 100% stay again. Sunset Sanctuary - Yes.

The property was very clean and is a lovely quaint apartment. The location is perfect for visiting downtown and the surrounding area. Lovely place and visit. Would gladly revisit the location. A little difficulty with figuring out how to access the apartment initially, but figured it out.

What a great fine. This little duplex is awesome. You would never guess when you walk inside what it’s going to look like. It is nice. It is clean. Everything isn’t working condition. The host communicated great through the app. Highly recommend it. We will definitely be back for future trips to El Paso.

We stayed here for 6 nights, there were several issues that made our stay disappointing.The listing states that the home sleeps 4 people, but I don't think that's an accurate description. There is one king-size bed and what is described as a sofa sleeper. However, it's not a traditional pull-out sofa bed with a mattress. It's simply a couch that extends into a larger sleeping surface with no mattress at all. It was extremely uncomfortable, and I ended up buying a foam mattress topper from Walmart just to make it bearable. I would only recommend this property for a couple or possibly a couple with a small child—not four adults.The air conditioning was another major issue. It could only be set to 72 degrees, but during the day it never came close to reaching that temperature. Most of the house stayed around 78 degrees, and the kitchen was especially hot and never really cooled down. The house only became comfortable late at night and early in the morning. There were only two bath towels provided despite the home being advertised for four guests. Check-in was more frustrating than it should have been. There are two doors to access the property, but the instructions didn't clearly explain how to get through the first door. I would only recommend it for a couple staying a night or two rather than four people on a longer vacation. nfortunately, we also found several cockroaches in the kitchen when we arrived and noticed quite a few ants crawling on the floors throughout the house

Parking in the street but the curb was so high that you could get out of the drivers side or the car. Did not receive directions email from the host until we were trying to gain access at 11 pm so it was dark and we couldn’t figure out how to open the gate to the Duplex’s. The steps were uneven and the floor of the property was uneven. The back yard grass that was there was super high but mostly dirt. It would have been nice if the shower had a shelf because you had to put all of your stuff on the floor. We spent one evening there and even though we set the air conditioner at 74 it was 80 inside. Everything was clean and the kitchen had been stocked well.
