Las Arenas on yhdeksän makuuhuoneen, uusklassisen, eteläisen antebellum-tyylinen, yhden perheen koti Puntacana-lomakeskuksessa ja Golfklubissa La Altagracian maakunnassa Dominikaanisen tasavallan itäisellä Karibian rannikolla. 13000 neliön jalka (1200 m². Metriä) omakotitalo, joka on rakennettu vuonna 2008 jäsen Britannian kuninkaallinen perhe, ja on yksityisesti sijaitsee 2 hehtaarin ekologisesti herkkien omaisuutta. Yhdiste koostuu kolmesta rakennukset; Keski päärakennus, guest house ja henkilökunta talon. Keskeinen Pääasiallinen koti on tilava, klassisesti kalustettu olohuone ja kauniisti sisustettu muodollista ruokasali. Ylellinen Master Suite on varustettu kylpyhuone, oleskelualue ja oma terassi, ja vieressä kirjasto, tietokone työpiste, ja viihdekeskus kaapeli- ja projektio tv ja baari. Alimmassa kerroksessa Päärakennuksessa on neljä king-size makuuhuonetta oma kylpylä, Keski ruokasali ja baari. Kaikissa huoneissa on trooppisen innoittamana sisustettu majatalo on oma täysin kylpyjä ja terassit. Kaikki huoneet on varustettu kattotuuletin ja ilmastointi sekä Wi-Fi-verkon.

Länsipuolelle sisäpihalle on keittiö, pesula ja henkilökunta asuinpaikka. Ajoneuvo pysäköintialue sijaitsee takana henkilökunnan asuinpaikka.

Päätoimisen Villa henkilökunta koostuu viidestä korkeasti koulutettuja ammattilaisia; kokki, taloudenhoitaja, tarjoilija, autonkuljettaja ja puutarhuri. Meidän kokopäiväinen concierge palvelu täyttää kaikki tarpeet. Lisäksi on olemassa kolme golfkärryt käytettävissä vieraillemme, samoin.

Voit myös halutessasi hankkia omia päivittäistavaramääräyksiäsi läheisillä markkinoilla valmistelemaan ja tarjoamaan Las Arenasissa ilman all-inclusive-vaihtoehtoa. Kokopäiväinen henkilökuntamme on palveluksessasi!

Myös meidän vahtimestari työskentelee tiiviisti teitä etukäteen hankkia valintoja sopiviksi halutun kulinaarinen kokemus sinulle ja vieraillesi. Myös kahdeksan ravintoloita keinona tyydyttää monenlaisia gastronominen kokemus, enemmän ruokailupaikkoja sijaitsee Punta Cana kylässä, myös kansainvälistä ruokaa.

Jokainen päivä makuuhuoneessa on säännöllisesti puhdistettava ja illalla oman sänkyä kääntyi alaspäin. Kaikki pyykki kerätään joka aamu ja palautetaan samana päivänä pestä ja silittää. Jos nautit, virkistysbaarit on perustettu keskipäivällä, kun valitset viiniä, olutta tai trooppisia cocktaileja, ja taas alkuillassa aperitiiveille ennen illallista.

Vain lyhyen golf cart ajaa pois, on neljä mestaruudesta golfkentät suunnittelema T. Fazio ja P. B. Väriaine. Jos olet tennis rakastaja, kuusi kauniilla paikalla tuomioistuimet ovat saatavilla myös keinona. Nurmikko krokettia on hauska tapa viettää laiska iltapäivä vehreällä nurmikoilla omaisuutta.

Viiden minuutin kävelymatka vie sinut upea, kolmen meripeninkulman pitkä, valkoinen hiekkaranta varovasti suudella kristallinsinisen Karibianmerellä. Lopussa rannalla, jota La Choza ravintolan löydät täydellisen vesiurheilukeskus sukellus, melonta, purjehdus, ja syvänmeren kalastusretkiä. Amazing!!!

We had a fantastic week at this house. Pictures do not capture the beauty and elegance of this property. The grounds, pool and balcony were absolutely dreamy. Likewise, the staff was perfect. They were the most professional staff that we have been around (like a Four Seasons). Julissa, the house manager, took our grandbaby to the doctor and pharmacy when dealing with a fever. That gave us so much peace of mind to have that level of care. Additionally she setup golf and massages at the house that made everything so easy for us. As other reviews shared, Dorka’s food was fantastic. We ate all of our dinners at the house and loved everything she cooked. The rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. Beds and laundry handled without you even know it was taking place. Being able to stay in the pool and have drinks brought out truly made it feel special. Having not been to Punta Cana before, we were so impressed with how well the community was planned and built. Definitely cleaner and safer than any neighborhood we have been in. Thank you Richard for sharing your home with us and thank you to the staff for creating a lifelong memory of a very special week.

Amazing Vacation

This property was absolutely amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. The pool was immaculate and the grounds picturesque. The bedrooms were large and the bathrooms large as well. The staff was incredible. Dorka was an amazing chef. She cooked breakfast/lunch/dinner for us everyday and each day was amazing. Pichi was so kind and helpful and delivered impeccable service and made us delicious cocktails. He kept the property organized and on track. He was such a joy to have there. The housekeepers kept the property spotless and our laundry was done and folded each day. This was such a magical trip for us. The location was great. We had golf carts to get around the property and the area was incredibly safe. We were a short 5 minute walk to one beach and could walk a mile up the beach to the Westin or Playa Blanca. The location was absolutely perfect. Julissa and Anabel our concierges were super helpful as well and helped us plan a wonderful vacation. The property owner was responsive and super helpful with any question we had. I would recommend this house to anyone to stay.

Amazing experience!

What a trip! There were ten of us traveling to Punta Cana in celebration of 40th birthdays. We can't say enough good things about our host, Paola! She organized everything for us from an amazing snorkeling trip to massages on the back porch of the house. She is a true gem and would definitely book travel with her as my guide again. Pichi and his team was top notch! The food was delicious and house incredibly well maintained. So many wonderful memories. Thank you!

Beautiful Villa Las Arenas

We had a wonderful spring break despite the COVID19 outbreak. The staff at the villa went out of their way to ensure we were safe and they prepared wonderful meals all day due to the closures of the local restaurants. No meal was duplicated and the food was delicious!

Lovely Elegant Home

Our group had a fabulous long weekend at this majestic home close to the water. This home was thoughtfully designed with beautiful open spaces and elegant rooms. The staff is delightful- it is a fantastic home for a group looking for a quiet, upscale rental. The spa is a 5 minute walk and is excellent. The tennis center is one of the best in the Caribbean. This house is a gem.

Excellent Family Getaway

We had an amazing stay at Villa Las Arenas. The house was amazing, the pool was amazing, and the staff was amazing. Paola was so attentive and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. Pichi was always available to bring another round of mojitos, margaritas...whatever you wanted! The rest of the staff was super friendly and nice as well. We had 10 adults and 7 children (ages 2 months to 7 years). It was the perfect place for everyone. We all hope to come back!!!

Fabulous vacation - it could not have been any better

We had a group of 16 friends staying for 4 nights and we could not have picked a better vacation. Every room was beautiful, Dorka's food was delicious (Italian, Dominican, Spainish and seafood). The tiramusu was fabulous. Pitchi quenched our thirst with afternoon rum drinks and evening cocktails! The location was great - short walk to the beach and near the clubhouse where we could take advantage of the beach chairs. The beach was beautiful but we found lounging at the house / pool also very enjoyable. Paola our concierge stopped by everyday and assisted with arranging for activities and making sure everything met our needs (including arranging a birthday party for 2 of our friends). There was no detail missed by Paola or the staff. We would highly recommend to anyone visiting DR.

Our incredible week at Las Arenas has set the standard for our family’s best vacation ever. Our expectations were exceeded from the moment we arrived. The entire, wonderful staff greeted us with delicious rum punch when we arrived and pampered us the entire time. The property is stunning and the grounds are impeccably manicured. The garden is idyllic and peaceful with its palm trees, chaise lounges, and the ocean breeze. After a croquet match, we would take a refreshing dip in the 30-foot pool, then cool off in the shade of the incredibly comfortable verandas. Every room in the property is tastefully decorated. The bedrooms have luxurious furnishings, linens and modern bathrooms. The large living room in the central building is captivating and makes you feel like British royalty. Each of us enjoyed quiet time in the stately library, getting lost in the vast collection of books or stretching out to watch a little tv. We were all blown away by the beauty of the open formal dining room the evening we enjoyed a delicious steak dinner for my father’s 72nd birthday. The upstairs terrace overlooking the pool, with its crisp, comfortable white and blue furniture, is where we spent each evening after dinner, talking and playing games. Even with twelve of us in the group, we never felt crowded at all and could each find a quiet nook for time alone. The staff was amazing. The property manager handled all the details and made everything so easy for us, from travel arrangements to local excursions and golf. The butler spoiled us with delicious drinks (he seemed to know what we wanted before we did). The chef is incredibly talented. We left the menu in her capable hands and we were always delighted. You would blink an eye and your room was made up, your laundry from minutes ago was back clean and fresh, and you were being offered appetizers and drinks. The only thing you had to do was relax and enjoy yourself. And the options for fun and relaxation were phenomenal. We walked on the beach every morning at sunrise and swam in the clear, crystal blue water. We golfed at La Cana and Corales, swam in the fresh water lagoons, and snorkeled at Blanca Beach. Our three sons (10, 12 and 15) loved driving us in the golf carts to visit the beach and explore the neighborhood. Everyone in our group agreed it was the most luxurious, amazing vacation any of us has ever had; without a doubt, the vacation of a lifetime.

Perfect stay for our retreat

We chose Las Arrenas to host our annual retreat and it was wonderful. The house and the pool was beautiful and the staff was warm and very attentive. Paola was fabulous in helping each one of us coordinate free time activities as well as private yoga and dance lessons at the house. I think we are all trying to figure out when we can come back!!!

Amazing holiday!

Our friends and family had the vacation of a lifetime at Villa Las Arenas. We had a fantastic experience from the easy airport pickup to the amazing food, staff and grounds. The villa is breathtaking and easily accommodated our group of 12 adults. The pool and grounds are well taken care of and allow for a truly relaxing stay. I stayed on the top floor of the guesthouse which was well appointed and spacious. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Pichi was always available to make a cocktail or bring you a snack and always with a smile. Dorka, the chef, prepared delicious meals and accommodated all of our dietary requests. We are still talking about the lobster tails from our celebration birthday dinner. Every meal was delicious! The property itself is an easy walk to the beach and main club. The house manager easily arranged my spa appointment which was great as well as our boat excursion. The golf carts make it easy to explore the grounds or to get to a restaurant on the property (I'd recommend sticking with Dorka's cooking!). Overall, this was a vacation we will never forget. The only down side was that we had to leave!

Unbelievable Property with Flawless 5-Star Service

I joined friends and family for a long weekend in Punta Cana at Villa Las Arenas to celebrate two birthdays with an age group that spanned 30s-70s and had an experience that rivals or tops trips I've taken around the world. The villa and adjoining houses are a marvel in themselves with numerous common spaces, beautiful bedrooms with luxury appointments, and plenty of room for a large group to spend time together or in smaller groups. The staff was so accommodating from airport pickups, drinks on arrival (and non-stop throughout the day and night), three meals a day and snacks in between -- all tasty with a great local flair. Three golf carts at the property enabled exploring across the resort, golf course, beaches, restaurants, bars, activities and more and the staff helped arranged everything from spa appointments, to reservations and more. Everything was as a paradise vacation should be -- easy, taken care of, well thought out, and flawlessly executed. Highly recommend a visit but I warn you -- you'll never want to leave.

Magnificent home, location and staff

We could not have been more fortunate than to stay at the Las Arenas Villa for a family/friend getaway. We celebrated a milestone birthday for my father and my birthday. Each of our guests was completely blown away by the experience. Upon arrival the wonderful staff greets you with a welcome cocktail in hand. The grounds, pool and rooms were spectacular. No fighting over rooms when every room is amazing. Every meal cooked onsite was so delicious that we did not want to try any of the local restaurants. We had two spectacular home made cakes for our birthdays. The house staff shopped to our preferences, but I would recommend you give them just parameters as we could not have dreamed up such delicious food. Who knew a Caribbean Lasagna could be so delicious! The staff is there for everything you need, but it is like they are ninjas in the shadows. You blink and your room is made, your clothes clean, and food and drinks are prepared. The golf carts on property make it so easy to discover the surrounding areas. Beautiful beaches, and grounds. The house manager helped us arrange onsite hair appointments, golf, spa and a private catamaran. You won't regret your stay and you seriously won't want to leave. I only wish I had more time to be there. Mandy

Amazing from start to finish!

17 members of my family came here to celebrate my father's 90th birthday. Although several of us came from California, it was definitely worth the trip. This house is spacious, beautifully appointed, and it seems like all of us had a 'master bedroom.' I can think no better place to thoroughly relax. The pool, massage, yoga, tennis, golf, croquet...all are steps from the house. But for me the highlight was the amazing food and service. There is absolutely no reason to go out for meals because Dorca is a great cook who produces interesting, delicious, and healthy meals that leave you totally satisfied. Everyone, from our 1-year old grandson to the 90-year old great grandfather had a wonderful time. And whenever we had questions or needed help, the manager Paola was on top of it.

Paradise Found

This home in Punta Cana is five-star all the way. Elegant, pristine accomodations for small groups of friends to large family get-aways. Private and serene, the atmosphere is comfort inspired and Caribbean styled for relaxation and fun. Every need is met and anticipated in high style. The landscaping connects the lovely pool with the home, creating an outdoor "room" as an extension of the house itself. The beach and spa are within easy walking distance and are themselves kept in pristine fashion. Our time there was a perfect moment. After having spent many previous vacations in the Caribbean, St. Barth's included, I would rate this experience in this home as the top.

Heavenly Vacation

This was the BEST experience on a vacation I've ever had! Being a mother, there are those very few kidless vacations that you get to go on and truly get to have a peaceful & beautiful break...and Las Arenas was just that! Everything was magnificent!! First, was the BEAUTIFUL home and grounds. Every room is decorated with such detail and you feel completely comfortable, like you're in your own home. Who wouldn't love your own pool, with amazing views, yet endless peace?!! To wake each morning and enjoy a run along the beach, then sip a coffee peacefully poolside before breakfast is served to you...a true delight! The day provided just the right amounts of sun/shade to each person's liking. Evenings were filled with the most breathtaking sunsets from the second floor patio, outlooking the pool deck lined of palms and beach in the distance. I couldn't stop taking pictures, as I wanted to remember each and every sight...pure perfection. Secondly, there is a tremendously hardworking, joyous and loving staff to greet you when you arrive & throughout your stay. Paola has such a vivacious personality, you cannot help but to fall in love with her & her smile. She managed everything from arranging transportation, to giving ideas of things to do around the area & everything in-between. Dorka, is the chef...her meals were DELICIOUS!! Each day we were served the best breakfast, lunch and dinners. Each with their own delight (served on the patio, by the pool deck or formal dining upstairs), but always so tasteful and made with love. Pichi, helped us with any of our needs on the property & served us our meals or drinks. If we needed a floaty for the pool, a drink to enjoy poolside or even something as silly as mustard, he was there with a friendly smile. He would also delight us with a late-day, poolside Happy Hour before our dinner with a wonderful spread and the best drinks!! To not to be forgotten was the rest of the staff (forgive me for not knowing all their names) whom cleaned up for us each morning, day & night. They made that home sparkle, and who doesn't like coming into a fresh made bed & laundered clothes each day?!! This truly made my experience a vacation...to not have to go home with laundry. WIN! Lastly, I'd come here every year! Not one bad thing to say. I recommend to friends and family all the time, and that is the test of a truly amazing place...a glowing recommendation!! Las Arenas, I will awe in your glory until I get to enjoy you again...BRAVO!

Best vacation ever

The location of the house is perfect with the closeness to the beach. Villa Las Arenas is beautifully decorated, spacious so that it offers every guest their private area and it has a beautiful garden with a nice pool area. The staff gives the best service and we have been treated like royalties. The food and drinks are also excellent. We can highly recommend this wonderful house.

Great place to get away

My wife and I took our family along with us to celebrate our 60th birthday this year. There were 9 of us including the 2 infants. The layout of the house worked very well for us. My wife and I stayed on the upper floor in the master suite area. The balcony and living room provided us a nice and quiet hideaway to where we could read. Each morning after walking on the beach I would enjoy my coffee in the library while watching the morning news. The lower part of the home worked well for the rest of my family. Each family had their own area too, with adjoining rooms for the little ones. We spent most of our time outside on the patio or in/around to pool. It was so relaxing for everyone. My favorite part of the vacation was the service provided by the staff. Meals are provided three times a day, not just any meal but wonderful meals. Dorka is a fabulous cook. We enjoyed every meal, the fun part would be waiting at the table to see what was being served especially for desert, they were wonderful. Then you have Pichi, who is there to help with anything you need. His rum punches were getting to be a habit for us while sitting around the pool. He was great. Their assistants did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable, like our laundry, night time turn downs, keeping our rooms and the property spotless. I hope I spell their names right, Jean Renold, Chiqui and Altagracia. To all we say thank you. Keeping this machine running is Paola. She keeps everything running smooth. She was helpful before we arrived and once we were at the house she would come by at least once a day to check on us. One of the benefits is when you want a manicure or massage, she brings them to the house, when you want to book a tour, she sends the agency to the house to show you your options. You never have to leave. She can handle everything. You will not be disappointed, we are already talking about returning someday

Perfect vacation house

We had a family reunion for 15 people. The house was perfect for us. The staff was incredible with great food and service. The house is beautiful and the common areas are perfect for a large group. I highly recommend this property for an outstanding vacation experience.

Great family time

We almost never left the house. The house was beautiful, relaxing, and there was no reason to leave. Staff was great. Food was great. Pool was fantastic. We had an amazing time.

Las Arenas is fabulous!

Nine Moms and Sons travelled to the DR for spring break and a pre-graduation celebration! Meeting the specific requirements of all traveling was no easy task. This resort property, location of this home within the resort, the accommodations, the amenities, the decor, inclusive features, food, and especially the staff are all TOP SHELF. Thanks to Paola and her team, we were treated like kings and queens and were never in need. I promise you will not be disappointed staying here. In fact, it is a bargain! We look forward to returning again, and again! Go Greenies! P.s. Call Mark and Matt at Blue Adventure for all water sports and boating! Awesome company!!
