Perfect size for a couple. Very clean, comfortable, and in a great location--close to Bridge St. and Walnut Beach. The kitchen seemed well equipped, even though we didn't cook. Communication with Kevin was excellent and very quick. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return when we visit Ashtabula.

The property was located within walking distance of the beach and the downtown district. The interior was modern and well decorated. Overall a very comfortable property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The outdoor seating and firepit were great for sitting outside on a balmy summer evening. The property is on a quiet residential street with easy access to shopping and attractions.

We had a great stay at this home! Everything was clean and updated. Check in was easy and the host was quick to reply to communication. The location of the house was perfect for walking with our kids to the beach and restaurants/shops, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. We would definitely come back in the future!

The apartment is very well kept, large, clean, roomy/spacious, & quiet. It has beautifully remodeled/updated features & is equipped with all the amenities you’ll need to have an easy & stress-free stay. It also features an extremely nice washer & dryer that makes doing laundry a breeze! Conveniently located to the heart of the harbor, it’s a quick walk or drive, to Bridge Street…with so much to do & see! The host, Kevin, was extremely responsive and helpful…so glad to have chosen to stay here!! Would highly recommend.

This duplex was in the perfect location for what we wanted during our stay: time on the beach and dinners out. We walked to dinner all 4 nights and the drive to Walnut Beach was 2 minutes (is walkable but easier to drive instead of lug the umbrella, cooler, and chairs.) We even walked to a grocery store a few blocks away. If you are planning to cook full meals I would talk to Kevin to make sure the kitchen has what you need. We only did simple breakfasts and lunches.

The house was clean and obviously newly renovated. Good queen beds. plenty of places to put your stuff. three TVs great refrigerator, dishes, stoves, and a coffee maker that takes Keurig ! Easy to get to right off the Main Street but on a on a quiet and with places to walk to or drive if you wish great little town. Kevin was very responsive when I asked for an item. I couldn’t find brought it down and left it on the porch for us cause we were still out overall great stay!
