It was necessary for me to clean the apartment. The main hallways and stairs were absolutely filthy. The listing states that there are sounds of the city. It did not mention the the Market Frankfird Line traintracks were right outside of my windows. I must say that there was brand new pots, pans, silverware etc. In the fully equipped kitchen which was nice. The brand new bathroom with a tub was not a pleasant experience. The hot water would become very cold immediately, therefore, I was unable to take a long hot shower and never had the luxury of taking a hot bath.
