Or, enjoy a guilt-free nap in one of the 2 comfy bedrooms, each with heavenly Brooklinen bedding and a sparkling bathroom.

Cook up delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen, then gather around the TV to enjoy movie nights on the 75" screen...it's almost bigger than the wall it hangs on! Popcorn provided upon request.

With convenient bus and subway access, the whole city is at your fingertips! Book your stay and discover. Even better this unit has its own parking space downstairs! That is a rare treat in all of Philly but especially in Fishtown. We ask for a special agreement to be signed regarding the parking and an extra $5/night to cover our insurance. That is significantly less than you'll pay to park almost anywhere in the country these days!

Guests have full access to the entire unit during their stay, except for one small closet at the entry where we store our personal belongings. Enjoy the relief and amenities of the space to make yourself feel right at home. The unit was designed for comfort, convenience and a "no place like home" feeling. Sink into comfy recliners after your city adventures. Then retreat to your bedroom, each with a full bath adjacent or attached and its own flat screen TV for private viewing when preferred. In the Primary Suite, a mechanical King bed has separate controls to maximize individual comfort.

*Please take note of the following important information:*
The temperature is controlled by wall-mounted units in each room. They are a bit finicky, but we stand ready to assist if the units do not appear to be working.
Please note this apartment is located in the north part of Philadelphia. We strive to provide a secure and peaceful environment for our guests but cannot control what happens outside. I have walked this neighborhood extensively at all hours and never felt unsafe. But i am a frequent traveler with great awareness of my surroundings. Please do research on the area prior to booking, as we do not provide a refund or guarantee on the area.
Consumables: Guests are responsible for replenishing their own consumables (e.g., toiletries, food, beverages) after the initial supply provided. Coffee and tea are available via a Nespresso machine and a standard drip coffee maker. Initial supplies of capsules and ground coffee are there for your arrival days but should not be used for the entirety of your stay.
There is not really a dedicated dining area in the unit. Instead, the Living Room coffee table converts to a larger, higher dining table and additional seating is provided.

Secure Smart-Lock Check-In: You will receive your own secure smart lock code prior to your arrival, allowing for a smooth and convenient check-in process.
Parking: The garage below our unit includes an assigned parking space. A separate agreement and additional cost of $5/day will be required for its use. Please note that parking is a challenge throughout all of Philadelphia so driving to local venues is not necessarily the best way. However, it is nice to have a vehicle for shopping, airport/train station runs and out-of-area visits-there are many great places around Philly we can recommend if you have the time to enjoy them.
