Hidden among the trees, you’ll enjoy privacy and serenity — but still be close enough to downtown Ellijay for dining and shopping.

You’ll have access to both the Peach & Pine Cabin and The Studio Tiny House, giving you flexibility and space for your group.

Peach & Pine Cabin
• Authentic Lincoln Log Cabin with 2 private bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms
• Gas fireplace (available September 1st – April 1st) for cozy seasonal evenings
• Open-concept kitchen and dining area — perfect for meals and memories
• Full-sized washer and dryer hidden behind kitchen doors
• Informational guides on hiking, wildlife, local trails, and native plants provided

The Studio Tiny House
• A retro-inspired 1950s-style guest cabin with a full-size memory foam bed
• Private bathroom with full shower
• Basic amenities: microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, and sink
• Thoughtfully designed for comfort and privacy, just steps from the main cabin

Important to Note
Mountain Access: The final mile into Riverbend is a gravel/dirt road. Conditions can vary with the weather — one day it may be smooth, another day it could have potholes, mud, or dust. The community does its best to maintain the road, but we recommend an AWD/4WD vehicle, especially during rainy seasons.

Outdoor Elements: We are guests in the mountains — home to wild animals, insects, and ever-changing weather. We keep decks and outdoor areas clean, but conditions may vary based on recent weather or the time of day you arrive.

Pet Policy: Dogs are welcome! Please no cats, as the owner is highly allergic. Be sure to pick up after pets during your stay.

Starter Supplies Provided: We provide basic essentials to get you started. For extended stays or larger groups, plan to stop by local grocery stores to stock up.

Bear Box: All trash and food waste must be bagged and placed in the Bear Box, which is visible from the Studio. You may spot deer, raccoons, or black bears — part of the authentic mountain experience!
