Spacious 5bedroom pet friendly home in Charlevoix 5 min walk to town,10 to beach

This review is extremely misleading and disappointing. You never reached out with any concerns. The kitchen is fully stocked. If you couldn’t find something all you had to do was reach out to us. We do not have a grill nor is it listed as us having one. When you did message, to ask about the grill we offered to have one delivered to you same day to which you never responded to the message or the phone call. The mattresses are brand new and have no stains on them. The sheets are changed between every reservation and we have photo proof of cleaning before every stay. Mattress pads are a good suggestion and will be there for future reservations. You were asked to put the garbage at the street for this exact reason. Garbage is picked up once a week. When guests, such as yourself, refuse to put it at the street the night before leaving, the garbage people can’t pick it up which leaves the cans full for the next guests. You could have put your garbage at the street along with the can (full or not) but instead you left it in the kitchen. This is the ONLY checkout instruction. We went above and beyond to accommodate your group, moving our fire pit in the backyard to allow space for you to park your boats on the grass. The plug ins have a fresh linen scent. If you felt the air fresheners were too strong all you had to do is unplug them. We do not allow smoking and have had no complaints. Overall we believe your review is inaccurate, highly personal, and not reflective of our listing.
