"The home theater was perfect for a family movie night after a long day." That's what a guest had to say about our Farmington home, in the heart of the Four Corners. Days here run from the private pool to the hot tub as the mesa turns gold at sunset. Your kids battle at the air hockey and pool table, the grill fires up for dinner, and the night winds down in the movie room with the whole family stretched out. Four bedrooms, room for 11, made for being together.

Our home sits in a quiet Farmington neighborhood in the San Juan River valley, at the center of the Four Corners. With more than two dozen five-star reviews, it draws families who come for the pool, the game room, and the movie room as much as for the sights. A private pool and a year-round hot tub sit out back, a dedicated movie room and a game room fill the evenings, and a park is close enough to walk to before dinner.

Three of the four bedrooms sit on the main floor, along with the kitchen, living room, and game room, so the group can spread out without stairs. The primary suite is the one exception, set upstairs on its own for privacy and reached by either the staircase or a private stair lift. It holds a king bed, a remodeled spa-style shower, and a desk wired with Cat6A ethernet for anyone checking in with work. On the main floor, a second bedroom has a king, a third has two twin XL beds that push together into a king, and the fourth is a bunkroom that sleeps three, with a living room sleeper sofa covering the eleventh guest.

The back deck is where the day lands. A pergola runs the length of it, strung with lights and set with a cushioned sectional, sun loungers, and a picnic table for the group. The gas grill and a fire pit handle dinner and the hours after it, while the hot tub stays warm year-round with an open view of the mesa going gold at sunset. A few steps down, the fenced in-ground pool sits on a paver deck with room to swim, lounge, and set up a game at the volleyball net.
