We didn’t contact the property manager. If you look at the pictures they look accurate but are not because everything is out dated. The bed was very uncomfortable. The upside was that it’s being renovated. So in future hopefully it will be a nice place to stay.

I understand that the hotel was under construction. I did not know this until I got there. The 1st run had no heat, they switched me after an hour, the next room had no heat, then the 3rd room had no TV or power to the TV or coffee maker. They phones were down so I could not call the front desk. It was a very long walk and many stairs to get back and forth to the front desk. Most of the staff was very kind, though.
