This has been the best place we have stayed in Brooklyn in the past 5 years! Our host was very responsive and helpful. The rental place itself was exactly as advertised and perfect in every way. The location cannot be beat - it's so close to everything (walking distance to Prospect Park) and less than 3 miles from lower Manhattan. Yet, it sits on a quiet street. We will definitely stay here again!

We stayed here as a large family (9) while exploring NYC, and the apartment was absolutely superb. Everything felt completely new — it honestly seemed like we were the first ones to use many of the amenities. The quality is top-notch in every detail.The rooms are huge and very cozy, which made it perfect for our group. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably after long days in the city.The location is amazing — extremely well connected and convenient for getting anywhere in NYC quickly and easily.The host was very helpful. Communication was a bit on the dry side, but we actually appreciated that — we received exactly the right information, clearly and efficiently, and whenever we needed assistance, the response was prompt and effective.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to other families visiting New York.

Beautiful property in a great location! The rental was spacious and classy. It had high-end appliances and fixtures with convenient home automation. We loved the large patio and the sitting areas on both floors. The entrance was safe and secure, with a locked door to get into the building, along with a locked door into the unit. The owner/manager, Jacob, was very responsive and helpful. We loved it and highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved our time at this beautiful Brooklyn spot. The space was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The beds were cozy, the kitchen was fully equipped, and the natural light made it feel so warm and inviting. Loved that there was a patio, wish we had time to BBQ out there.The location couldn’t be better – tucked in a charming neighborhood with great cafes, restaurants, and shops within walking distance, plus easy access to the subway for getting into Manhattan. This apartment was perfect for my Brooklyn stay. It’s in a fantastic location, close to everything. The building is modern and secure, and the apartment itself is beautifully designed with sleek finishes and high-end appliances throughout. Kitchen was full stocked with all the necessities. Super spacious with multiple lounging areas and huge rear yard made it feel more like a house then an apartment in the heart of Brooklyn.The host was outstanding—super responsive and went out of their way to cater to our every need even accommodating an early check-in, which made my arrival smooth and stress-free.Everything about the experience was top-notch.
