The España is situated at the very centre of Vancouver’s most sought after neighbourhoods of Yaletown, Gastown, Chinatown and the Olympic Village. Located in Crosstown, the locale is one of Vancouver’s oldest and historic areas. Also close proximity to beautiful parks, the Dr. Sun Yat-Sen Classical Chinese Garden, dozens of restaurants to please every palate, rapid transit sky train next door, BC place,costco,T&Tmarket,schools, university, sports and event arenas, urban super markets, cinemas and boutique stores. parking near elevator.
We provide hand sanitizer in each bathroom and also kitchen sink. We use a hot steam machine to sanitize all surfaces.Under our sink is a large bottle of bleach and isopropyl spray cleaners for your use as well. We also have spray bleach as well. The cleaning crew wear masks eye protection and gloves. All laundry is done in the condo with a hot wash and dry. We provide sanitizer wipes for the condo and all entries are key-less.

The location was ideal for central access to pretty much everything. Lynn was an accommodating and attentive host, and check-in/check-out was really easy! Everything we needed was stocked and easy to find. Difinitely at the top of our list when we make it back to Vancouver!

Perfect pre-cruise location right next to the Chinatown Skytrain station. The apartment was spotless, and the kitchen was very well-equipped. Excellent communication from the host throughout our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a little trouble with checkin but it was fixed rather quickly. This place was very clean and has everything you need. Our contact was great and responded very quickly! Our only issue is that the beds are really too big for the rooms. We would suggest switching out the bed frames to make it easier to maneuver around the room.

A beautifully located property right next to the subway station. Access to many beautiful sites are not far. This place was impeccably clean with all the needed amenities for your stay.Communication with Lynn was perfect, answering all our questions. The place was spotlessly clean and had great amenities (towels, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water, and other snacks). Gym and hot tub, pool area were very nice and clean as well. Beds and bed linens were comfortable and nice quality. The views are spectacular from all windows and outdoor patio was a great place to sit and watch sunset while watching the city light up. If you Uber from airport, make sure to tell your driver Keefer Place and not Keefer Street. We were dropped at Keefer Street by mistake and it was too far to walk with all of our cruise luggage so we had to get another Uber to get us to the right place.We really enjoyed our stay at this location and the beauty and friendliness of Vancouver!!! Thank you Lynn!

We had the wonderful luck of staying downtown during World Cup celebrations. The unit itself was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The views from the window were absolutely the highlight—breathtaking and worth every penny.One note for future guests: We weren't fully prepared for how visible Vancouver's homelessness and drug challenges are right in this part of town. Seeing people struggling on nearby streets—including some difficult scenes with sanitation—was tougher than we expected. This wasn't the property's fault at all; the unit was perfect. Just wanted travelers to know it's a reality of central downtown Vancouver so you can go in with realistic expectations.The location is unbeatable for events and dining. If you're someone who prefers quieter surroundings or feels uneasy around these situations, you might consider a neighborhood further out. Otherwise, the host was fantastic, the place was immaculate, and the views remain incredible. Would definitely stay again for those views!
