This historic Jewel Box of a house is perched on a hill overlooking the Long Island Sound with sunset and water views all year round. Located on the North Shore of Long Island 25 miles from Brooklyn and Manhattan. 3 bedrooms, 2 full bath, kitchen, dining, living room with a screened in sun room, fireplace, washer and drye and parking. Covered outdoor porch and a 2nd story deck overlooking the water.
Large backyard with an outdoor gas grill, outdoor dining table, vegetable, herb and flower gardens. 5 minute walk to the beach, yacht club, kayak, paddle board, bike and boat rental at local marina, 3 blocks from village restaurants, coffee shops, children’s library, live music venues, bars, arcade, wine store, and shops. 
Perfect summer and fall vacation spot with easy access to the city. Beach access. Summer time live music at the beach, parks, and most nights in town and at Tappan Beach.
