We had an excellent stay at this beautifully appointed house. The hosts made it comfortable, clean, and easy to feel at home, and were quick to answer any questions. They anticipated all needs in kitchen and throughout the house. We loved the architectural and historic details. We would love to go back again!

We enjoyed our stay and would return in the future. Our adult children and young grandchildren were all comfortable. We had big family dinners with a well equipped kitchen and bbq and large family dining table. The harbor is a two minute walk and we enjoyed ocean point beach, just a few minutes drive down the road. It was great to be out of downtown, but yet close enough to be there in just a few minutes. Scott was very responsive to any questions and helpful with baby equipment.

The house is unique, has charm and nicely decorated. Owner was good with communication and provided us with helpful printed information about the area. We were disappointed with the air conditioning which is the main reason we selected this property. The first floor was very warm, but the second floor was cooler. The primary bedroom on the second floor has a very small bathroom. The toilet and shower have a door off the bedroom, but the sink is in the bedroom. The bed was not a king as advertised and the only mirror in the bedroom/bath was cloudy. The kitchen is well stocked with a variety of appliances, pots, pans and dishes. My young granddaughters loved the Widows Watch and their bedroom with the bunk bed set-up. (Be aware there are no blinds in this room, so the children wake up early when the sun comes in). There were seven of us and we all had ample room.

This was such a fun home to stay in with our family of 7. We loved not only exploring the home to find the best reading nooks and where to drink coffee in the morning and games in the evening, but loved the accessibility to the surrounding area!
