Located in Smyrna, this house is a dream. With 3 bedrooms including 1 king bed and 2 queen beds, guests will find comfort and space to unwind. The 2 bathrooms offer a relaxing bathtub and showers. Enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this gorgeous property, complete with HVAC unit. Nice in unit laundry. We're happy to assist with any questions while you stay at our house or before you arrive and have questions please message us. Enjoy front and back patios for your morning coffee or your evening libations! Riverbank fishing within walking distance. If a history buff - the Stones River Battlefield is about 5 miles away as well as many other historical and entertainment settings. Unfortunately, I do not rent to anyone under 21 years of age.

I am a Tennessean born and raised. My husband is originally from PA, but has lived in Tennessee longer than actually lived in PA. New to the host game! I have been a landlord for regular rentals for 35 years. Thought we would try our hand at this for a bit.

Why they chose this property

We have lived on the adjacent property for 52 years. The area is convenient to just about everything. Shopping, entertainment, boating and fishing.

What makes this property unique

Nothing really unique - just a good location - and a "normal" type setting. It is really a quite peaceful neighborhood. You might feel like you are visiting Gramma when you stay in our unit. You will have an occasional deer family stroll through the yard. There are plenty of squirrels and birds to watch.
