Great communications with hosts. Could be a bit more clean. Nice location. Didn't use the hot tub for half the stay as the water wasn't right, very cloudy, but they sent someone the fix it the next day.

Thank you very much for your review, Steven, and for your kind words about our communication and the location. We are really glad you enjoyed your stay in the beautiful Portneuf region!
We also truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know about the hot tub. A treatment had been completed a few hours prior to your arrival and was expected either to be fully effective by then or to finish working overnight.
While this may have affected the water’s clarity, it remained safe for use, and tests had been carried out beforehand. We were more than happy to come back the next day to make sure everything was back to normal. In the future, a quick message earlier in the day always helps us step in even faster if needed.
As for cleanliness, this is something we care deeply about. Since we did not receive any notice during your stay, we unfortunately did not have the chance to address anything right away.
We do complete a photo inspection after each cleaning, and everything was in order prior to your arrival. That said, your experience truly matters to us, and we would sincerely appreciate any additional details so we can continue improving.
Thank you as well for taking care of the property during your stay, it is always appreciated.
We did notice that two of the four departure guidelines were not completed (dishes and returning furniture to their original place), but we understand that oversights can happen.
We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you again!
