This cottage had a gorgeous view of Chalk Pond, kayaks provided allowed us to cruise around the pond. The cottage was immaculate and well equipped should you want to eat in.

We booked our annual Girls weekend at this cottage. We were amazed by the coziness and cuteness of this cottage. The views were amazing and lots to do locally. We will definitely be re-booking.

Great cottage

My daughters and I rented this cottage for a girls weekend. The pictures on line didn’t do it justice, it was amazing. Everything we could need was there to make our stay comfortable. We had coffee on the deck by the lake, kayaking on the pond, and made use of the many walking paths.

Cute cottage in the pond

A cute cottage with a great view of the pond. Very clean and a nice layout. It had everything we needed. The pond was awesome and the community beach was very close with a great sandy swimming area.

Wonderful home and stunning Location

The location was absolutely perfect. Sitting by the lake with a coffee was lovely. The house was clean and comfy, the rocking chairs in the lounge were such fun to sit in. Although there was only two of us there are a lot of outdoor seating for four to eight people. Everything was provided that was needed although we couldn’t find an ironing board for the iron and a kettle would be nice for instant coffee and tea drinkers ( us Brit’s 😉) We loved staying there, would happily book again.

Loved the location!

My friend and I enjoyed our stay. The only issue was the thermostat controlling the stove. It was either too cold or too hot. Maybe more specific instructions for operation. Thanks for the stay!

Beautiful Property & Pond

We really enjoyed our stay. Hosts were gracious, communicative, and attentive. Property is modern, well appointed, and comfortable. Bedrooms don’t have ceilings so sound travels from the bedrooms which could be a concern for some. It was not an issue for us.

Amazing location and stunning views

I cannot say enough about this property. I love it enough to buy it, so that says a lot. I stayed with my 3 kids. We fished, kayaked, and swam for the weekend. The house is equipped with all of the basics needed for a comfortable vacation. The beds were great. The home seemed recently renovated and was clean. There's a few local restaurants nearby

Cute little house, not ideal for a family with small children

Good location, not too much to do in the area. The house was not as clean as we’d liked when we first arrived, a lot of cheerios and dust on the floor. The inside of the house was adorable though and had just what we needed to cook our meals. The walls however do not go all the way to the ceiling so when you’re in the bedrooms you can hear everything going on in the living room/other bedroom, etc. Just not ideal for your kids trying to sleep. The kayaks were great and the pond was so peaceful, the neighbors were so kind as well. The yard leading to the dock was so very steep so just watch out if you have small kids or have trouble walking.

Cozy cottage

We enjoyed our stay so very much that we will definitely be back. It was one of the most relaxing vacations we've had, in such a beautiful location. The view and the stove fireplace made it the perfect experience. Not to mention how comfortable the bed was. Aaron was so very accommodating and responsive. We appreciate you sharing your peaceful place with us!

Great Location, Recently Updated, Lovely Cottage

What a perfect little retreat! Pictures did not to the space justice as several updates have been made to the cottage since. Cell service was spotty, but that made it even easier to disconnect and relax. Aaron, the local contact was delightful and super helpful. Would absolutely book again!

Beautiful location

The house has everything you could possibly need for a weeks vacation . The location is beautiful and so relaxing . Our whole family enjoyed kayaking, jumping off the dock and fishing (really good fishing) throughout week. We left the property only a few times, one time for blueberry picking at Bartlett’s Blueberry farm which was amazing and highly recommend

great little place

Awesome perfect little houe with lake access. Everything was perfect. The area thankfully was quiet overall. But noise carries here, so you can hear conversations from boats on the water and even people across the lake. Will definitley stay here again

Cute cottage with kayaks!

The 4 kayaks were a hit (2 for adults and 2 for kids (under 130 lbs). We had a blast. Very happy that the cottage came equipped with linens. Tastefully decorated and the beds were comfy. Plenty of seating for the 5 of us in the common areas. Though, we spent most of our time sitting by the dock or in the kayaks. There is a little bit of a steep decline that leads to the water which may present a problem for very young kids or adults with mobility issues. However, the high elevation also gives the house a sort of perched feel. ENjoy!

Lazy Days Cottage

Just perfect! The cozy little cottage is nestled in the woods on Chalk Pond. The neighborhood was quiet and mornings looking over the water were so peaceful. The cute house was spotlessly clean and well appointed with everything thing you could possibly need. Our stay was short and full of obligations elsewhere so we didn’t have time to take advantage of the water toys or grill outside. Next time we will stay longer. We definitely recommend Lazy Days Cottage.

Relaxing stay

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay on chalk pond. The house was well appointed and we had so much fun using the kayaks! The bathroom could have been cleaner, but overall the house was spotless. Thank you for lending us your little oasis!
