Excellent looking cation for this centrally located property. Lots within walking distance and superb unit. The pictures are accurate, very clean and the private roof top patio was great. Will definitely stay again!

Great spot

Excellent location and very nice place to stay. A little tricky to find (entrance is next to Cacao 70). Would definitely stay there again.

Good spot for easy access to the rest of the city

Nice little loft, easy access, great location. The area is a bit sketchy, but the location is secure.

The management team were amazing. We were a bit lost as I was looking for a duplex, and I called and they were able to assist me. The property is a 3rd story loft. But easy to get in, the instructions were clear and we felt very safe. The VRBO pictures were not entirely accurate. The furniture is not as shown and should be updated. The beds were really comfortable. The area has a shelter close but they were awesome people. We said good morning as we passed by. We were not harassed. We found a great street a couple of blocks away with great restaurants and walkable with no concerns for safety. Overall, it was good value and centrally located for our needs.

The apartment is very clean and airy. It has everything you would need and is comfortable and for us well suited to our needs. The upstairs bedroom could be tricky for anyone with balance issues but the space is very nice and the beds very comfortable. The shower has very good pressure and the water gets good and hot.

Great Apt, not so great neighborhood

Absolutely loved the apartment. However, brought my two teenage daughters and with the high amount of homeless people in the neighborhood did not feel safe coming and going at night. Other than that it was a great stay.
