Kitchen has everything you need to cook for a group, outdoor space with grill is lovely. mattresses are extremely comfy. Whole place is spacious. Walk out into many coffee and restaurant options. I would say it’s perfect for up to 8 people. More would take a little flexibility on everyone’s part, but I imagine still workable.

Had a great stay here with our young adult children. Place is RIGHT ON a fun pedestrian street that is closed to auto traffic. Wonderful joyful atmosphere and everyone in the group could find something they loved to do. Very clean, great communication, highly recommended!

We had a wonderful time in Montreal and the location was perfect. The accommodations were great for our party of 7 adults and having laundry on the premises was a huge bonus because the weather was very hot a sticky! Highly recommend!

We had a great stay and really enjoyed the apartment. Everything was as advertised and the space was well kept and had everything we could need. The location is amazing, particularly during the summer, with Mont-Royal closed to cars and all the great food and shops of the Plateau right at your doorstep.

Liked the location. Pots and pans could be upgraded. Apartment was generally clean, but vents and fans could be deep cleaned. Overall, we were pleased with the accommodations.

Overall the place was great, the location was perfect for having access to the main areas of the city. The rooms were comfy and served as needed, however they weren't as clean as we would have liked. The pullout couches had a bunch, and I mean a bunch, of crumbs on them. Some of the sheets were not clean and a bit disorganized of where the sheets were for the pullouts and the extra pillows and such. All in all it was pretty tidy but those few things stood out and could have been easily fixed

The apartment would be great for a group of 20-somethings partying for the weekend. However, for our family with 3 small kids it was a little noisy and dirty. The apartment sits above a vape shop (not ideal but fine) that's open until midnight (not ideal again) with employees who were playing loud bass music until they locked up. The bass could be heard throughout the apartment and was annoying while trying to go to sleep, even after asking the employees to turn it down.First impressions were that the pictures of the listing were very good. To the point where they misrepresented the apartment a big. Expect something a little more tired than what was pictured, with awkward hardware store repairs. We did spot a mouse on our second day there. We're used to cities and older buildings so this didn't scare us but we stored all of our food in the refrigerator for the rest of the trip.Again, this would be a very suitable apartment for a group of friends in town to go out late and party. Not ideal for families.

Great Location!

We were not familiar with the area when we booked, but really lucked out! 100% Walkable neighborhood with tons of restaurant options out the front door. Short walk to the metro station as well. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great spot in the heart of a lovely neighborhood

Would definitely recommend this apartment for a trip to Montreal. The unit was clean and located in a great neighborhood with excellent dining options and shopping. We hope to return!

Great unit in a great location

This place was a very nice surprise. Many restaurants are close by an in the summer the street is blocked to traffic. Great size for a family. Would definitely repeat.

Wonderful location and cozy, clean property

We were in Montreal for a few days to attend a wedding and stayed at this wonderful property. The location is fantastic and it is so easy to communicate with the team. The home is clean and has plenty of towels, cooking utensils and space. Would love to visit again!

The best in Montreal

We had never been to Montreal, but are confident this has to be the best place to stay/ best host in Montreal! The place accommodated a large group perfectly. The area was fantastic! Yann and the team are 11 on scale of 10 with assistance, communication, hospitality.

Perfect Montreal Stay

The apartment was clean, extremely well stocked fir any cooking needs. Large cozy dining room table where we dined on our finds at the various markets. The responsivenesses to any questions was uncannily prompt and helpful. A great stay in a great location in Montreal.
