The living room has several seating options with a large 65 inch Roku TV and an exit to the back yard that is fully fenced. A fully stocked kitchen with everything but the food. The home is fully set up and available for events such as baby showers, grad parties or promotion parties, wedding parties-and more (events are upon approval)
