This home is perfect for families or individuals looking for a comfortable place to sleep and stay while visiting the city. It is intended for residential use only. Commercial filming, photoshoots, and events are not allowed. If you have any other plans, please let us know in advance. Otherwise, your reservation will be canceled without a refund.


Security Camera: For your safety and the security of the property, a Ring doorbell camera is installed solely at the front entrance of the home. This camera only monitors the exterior of the property.

Number of Guests: Per current City regulations, this home can accommodate up to 8 adults for overnight stays.

Strict no smoke/no parties policy. Any violation will terminate your reservation and make you financial responsible of damage or loss.

Cancellation Policy: Please double check all the policies before placing your reservation. All guests are recommended to purchase traveler's insurance.

Due to the house design, the bedroom #3 can run several degrees warmer than the rest of the house on hot days. A dedicated window-mounted air-conditioning unit has been installed; operate it during warm periods to hold the room at the desired set-point.
