Friendly staff, the safety of the community and also love the location because it’s away from the hustle and bustle but it’s about a 10 minute drive if you want to get into, it plus all of the scenic touristy towns and attractions are really close by, a perfect headquarters if you want to explore. It has everything close by and since everything closes at 10 PM you have a Denny’s walking distance that’s open 24/7

Not much complain about it, it was ok for one night but I wouldn't spend more than one nite, it was not ac in the rooms, just ac for the living room, kitchen and dining room, left door open in my room to get some AC in the room...but it's very close to nice shopping centers in the area. I would do it for a nite.

Everything was absolutely amazing, the home, the host, the gated community. Overall An amazing place to stay I highly recommend staying here if you plan on visiting El Salvador. Close to tons of restaurants and a shopping center. Very safe place to stay. Only problem I have was getting through the gates where the guards are because of confusion with how long we were staying and didn’t have a permit. But the host was always there to help with a call away. And I’m so grateful for that. We understand the guards are just doing there job and providing a safe area for everyone staying their. We will definitely be trying to stay here again in the future when we visit our family. 10000/10 in my opinion!!!

The property was as described. The only real complaint is that the shower head simply does not function. After having to google the instructions, since they are not readily accessible, it still did not product hot water. Other than that, the home was as described and a decent overall value

I wish this had been brought to my attention during your stay, as I would have gladly helped troubleshoot or find a solution right away. During your stay, the only message I received from you was about the possibility of leaving your car parked in our house for an additional day, for which I offered you an option. Similarly, when you reached out about shortening your reservation, I accommodated the change and provided a refund for the unused night right away. Just as with those requests, I would have been more than willing to help with the shower if I had known. I will make sure the issue is addressed for future guests. Thank you again for your stay.

Everything about this house was excellent. It’s brand new, spotless, very comfortable, and in a great location. The host was always available and helpful, which made the stay even better. If I could suggest anything, it would be nice to have a little printed guide with instructions on how to use some of the house features — for example, how to turn on the hot water system (since it’s not the same as what most Americans are used to), or where the switches are for the lights and fan in the backyard area. Also maybe a short note about nearby conveniences would be a nice touch. Overall though, this place is fantastic. Spacious, modern, and very well taken care of. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone.
