A large 8 bedroom chalet located in the peaceful hamlet of Essert Romand, only a 10 minute drive from Morzine. Access to a large private garden area with a heated indoor pool, sauna and hot tub, all of which is accessible only to guests of the Chalet.

On the first floor there is a large fully equipped kitchen with hob, ovens, dishwasher, large fridge freezer and dining table with chairs. There is a large terrace accessed through double french doors from the kitchen Off the kitchen there is an open plan dining room with a table that can seat 16 and storage, and living room with ample sofas, real wood fire and tv. Off the living/dining room is the entrance hall with a bar area with drinks fridge and glasses storage. There is a double ensuite bedroom on this level.

On the second floor there are 5 more bedrooms, three twin ensuite rooms with 2 single beds, one quad ensuite room with a double bed and bunk beds and one triple ensuite room with a double bed and single bed.

On the third floor there are a further two twin bedrooms with a shared bathroom and storage space.

There is a large garden at the property and communal parking.
