The place was great! Loved watching the waterfront views and boats. It was clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were able to reach Eric easily. We had drinks and dinner as recommended by Eric at Johnathan's Grille. This place was great too and within a few blocks. We did not have a car this trip but the Uber rides were like 4 to 8 with easy pick up at the place. I felt safe there. In a perfect world the check in would have been before 4pm but this is the average check in time everywhere. We just used a luggage storage place as we explored the town. So it all worked out. The place was really clean so the wait was ok in the long run. If I come back to Nashville.. I would stay here again for sure.

House was in perfect proximity for our stay, close enough to walk to Nissan Stadium yet out of the main drag and all the noise. And an added bonus was that it was directly on the river and we were able to sit on the back deck and watch the boats go up and down the river.

Very nice place to stay with spacious bedrooms. A nice walk to Downtown (Broadway) to the Honky Tonks and Ryman which is convenient due to parking is expensive. The view is great with the added surprise of river barges going down the river. Ended up extending our stay so we will definitely stay here again to get the Nashville experience. Side note highly recommend to take in a concert at the Opry or Ryman. Great host always remaining in contact with us.
