Well kept house on the lake You only need to bring food and drinks. All bedding, linens, and silverware provided. fishing boat and gas supplied. no need to clean upon leaving. If you like to raft, hike, horseback ride, or play golf...this is the spot for you. The lake is surrounded by beautiful mountain scenery and many types of 'wild' animals and raptors. Although there are no restaurants at the lake, a short 15 mile trip to town will put you close to several very nice eateries. also, the museum in town is a must see with many Chinese artifacts and old pictures of Salmon City....Hope to see you soon.

The location can't be beat! It was hot in Salmon, but 70's in William's Lake. Cabin is too big for just two people, but beds we used were comfortable. We caught several good size fish from the dock - including a landlocked salmon. Great eating! Minor problem with the engine on the John boat, but the boat was excellent for fishing. We will definitely be back. The owner, Mr. Jacobsmeyer is a real gentleman - a good host. The drive up to the lake scared my wife , who is afraid of heights, but the views were spectacular.
So many memories!
My mom used to have a home on this lake and our family spent many years enjoying it. When we saw that the Jacobsmeyer family was renting out their home, we jumped at the chance to go back up and relive all the memories we have from there! The owners were wonderful to work with, the house provided everything we needed and our family had the BEST time!! We hope to make it an annual vacation. Thanks so much to the Jacobsmeyers for the privilege of spending four days in our very favorite place! Kris L. Kamiah, ID.
Beautiful and quiet
My brothers and I just spent a week at this cabin. The location and view is spectacular. The cabin may be a little dated but the quiet, beautiful location makes up for it. If you want to be completely off the grid this is definitely the place. We will be back.
Very nice. Perfect for our family.
We had a great time!
Everything was clean and comfortable. We have had 4 generations of our family enjoy this lake and its campground for years. We decided to rent this this time as a gift for my in-laws. They thoroughly enjoyed it. From relaxing on the deck to enjoying the gas fireplace on a cold night. Jeff was a pleasure to deal with and is very personable. Would recommend renting this cabin from him to anybody. Thank you for sharing your cabin with us Jacobsmeyer family!
If you’re thinking about it, just do it! You won’t regret it! :)
