Welcome to a beautiful and centrally located home on the 2nd tee box of Pinehurst no.6 that sleeps up to 6 guests! The house offers a spacious, open floor plan, large kitchen and dining area full of natural light. Enjoy the private back with your morning coffee listening to the peaceful songbirds, an afternoon beverage watching golfers or an evening dinner under the stars.

Please note this home has new management, but the same ownership since October 2023.

DW Sanctuary on Course 6 is ideal for any getaway to the vacation town that is Pinehurst, North Carolina.

This 3 Bedroom 2 Bathroom home has been recently remodeled with new flooring, furniture and fixtures, high speed WIFI of 600 mbps,4 large smart TVs, laundry, drip coffee machine, cooking essentials, wine glasses and comfortable high- end home furnishings. There is a dedicated workspace in the master bedroom.

The house is ½ a mile from the first tee box of Pinehurst no.6 and the Pinehurst Pickleball Courts. The Village of Pinehurst is only 3 miles away where you can visit a variety of restaurants, quaint shops, historic homes, landmark hotels, and experience the rich history of the game of golf at the USGA headquarters and the World Golf Hall of Fame. Want to explore more, take a 7-mile drive to the picturesque town of Southern Pines that offers golf, hiking, biking, wine-tasting, or sample some of the locally brewed beer.
