Talk about views! one of the premier sites in Santa Barbara. Architectural home. Easy parking, fast internet. Shared pool/BBQ with Main House and Owner's ADU on 2+-acre compound in the foothills minutes from downtown. Nature abounds with regular sightings of deer, owl, heron, coyote, and more. Ideal for remote work or longer vacation. Well behaved pet welcome. We do have Homestay program for 1 week or more at higher rate, please inquire.
