Welcome to the perfect family vacation home! Built in 2006, this listing is conveniently located in the East Side of Santa Barbara, within walking distance of Beautiful East beach, the Santa Barbara Zoo, and Milpas- the main street of Santa Barbara’s East side. This two story home has two bedrooms and one bathroom with all the amenities provided for our guests. All rooms are fully furnished. One bedroom contains a wooden queen sized bed with its matching wooden dresser while the other has two twin sized beds, perfect for a family of four. In addition, these brand new, fully furnished rooms, have spacious closets and new wood floors. The living/dining room is designed with Saltillo Mexican tile floors and a cathedral ceiling. It contains brand new, simple but elegant decorations fit for a comfortable and cozy environment. In the private backyard there is an old fashion barbecue available for the enjoyment of our guests. Also, available for our guests is a two car garage, and plenty of storage room on both floors. This home has a great view of Santa Barbara’s lovely mountains from both the front and back balconies. Well located, clean and easy access

We enjoyed our stay and found property reasonably suited for our needs and well worth the price. The walkability of the location is OK, but having a rental car was essential for our trip involving kids. The garage parking was a huge plus and made things very easy. An Uber/Lyft to downtown runs about $6-7. The neighborhood is quiet and the view from the living room was quite nice. Laundry onsite was very helpful. Having the owners next door was easy for key exchange.

I've rated this four stars because the home could use a few extra things to make it a five. The kitchen supplies were missing critical things like a lid for the one pot (we improvised with a dog bowl we found), baking sheet, wine glasses and ample microwave safe dishes. The home could also use a streaming device to make up for the lack of options via basic cable. Finally, the grill out back is wood-fire / coal-fire, some wood was provided, but no coal--a gas grill would be much easier for renters. Finally (and this didn't impact the star count) we had two young children and I'd suggest bringing toys and distractions for them as there isn't anything at the house.

Beautiful home in Santa Barbara

The apartment is beautiful and very clean! The check-in and check-out processes were so easy. There were even bagels with cream cheese and a fruit bowl left for us in the fridge! We loved our stay in Santa Barbara and would absolutely stay here again.

Perfect place for us.

We were very comfortable staying in Francisco and Coco's house. The kitchen is well equipped and we were able to have the dog with us. The place is close to the beach and the two car garage really helped out. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Property & Owner

Communication with Francisco before and during the stay was great - we arrived very late on a Friday night which he was able to accommodate without issue. The space was exactly what we needed, very clean with a well stocked kitchen for everything we needed. Garage parking is an excellent feature to not have to worry about finding a street spot. Will definitely look to stay here again on our next visit.

Perfect for a family weekend in SB.

Stayed 3 nights with 3 people. Plenty of room, very clean and comfortable. Fresh fruit and drinks in the frig was a nice extra touch. Francisco the owner was extremely responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. Street parking was limited but not needed given the 2 car garage. Super convenient location near beaches and State Street. We would certainly consider staying here again. Also, priced at a very good value for the area.
