On behalf of the team, I would like to personally thank you for trusting us to make your stay memorable for you and your loved ones/friends. To ensure the property remains in excellent condition for every guest, we kindly ask for your cooperation with the following guidelines:

Important Information:

1. Gatherings: A 3-night minimum stay is required for any gatherings or events.
2. Late Check-Out: After a 15-minute grace period, a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour applies. Stays of 10+ hours past check-out will incur a full day`s charge.
3. Early Check in and other requests: please contact us in advance, and we`ll do our best to accommodate based on availability.

General Rules:

1. Visitors: No visitors are allowed unless explicitly agreed upon by us.
2. Shoes: Please leave shoes at the foyer.
3.Carpets: Be careful not to stain the wool carpets.
4. Smoking: No smoking inside the property.
5. Toilets: Do not flush items that are not suitable for toilets.
6. Insects: Keep doors closed when unattended to prevent ants/insects from entering.
7. Garbage: Discard garbage in the correct bins (compost, general, recyclable).

Optional but Appreciated:

While you are under no obligation, we would greatly appreciate your help with the following tasks:

1. Garbage: Bag the garbage and place it into labeled large bins.
2. Dishes: Sort the dishes and run the dishwasher.
3. BBQ: Clean the BBQ after usage.

Final Reminders:

1. Reservation Responsibility: The person who made the reservation is responsible for the actions of their group of guests/visitors.
2. Liability: We are not responsible for any damage, theft, or injury, but we are available to help to the best of our ability should anything occur.

Plenty of space for our curling team, and would also work well for families or two couples. Great Lake view, and pretty quiet in the surrounding neighbourhood, although our stay was in early March when there wasn’t any activity on the lake.House was well stocked with everything you would need to cook meals, bathrooms well stocked as well. Projection tv’s were a treat, especially the tv room on the lower level. Would definitely book again.Grocery store, liquor store and pharmacy only a 5 minute drive away if you need anything.

Such a Great Stay

This was such a wonderful property! The home was beautifully renovated, and plenty of room for my family! The views were amazing, sitting out on the deck overlooking the lake was so nice. The communication was fantastic, prompt, simple directions made it a breeze to check in and check out. We absolutely loved our stay here and will no doubt be back next summer.

In Nova scotia for a family wedding. Stayed in this place for two days after for a family get together because our family is placed all over canada. It was perfect. Big kitchen, 3 bathrooms. Nice lake awesome. Wishe we had more time.

Beautiful home and property. Very spacious and well decorated! The beautiful table set for us in the dining room was a wonderful surprise! The toys for the kids next to the cinema room were also greatly appreciated. My favourite part, though, was the view and the tranquility in the morning, drinking my morning coffee from the upper deck, looking out to Fletcher’s Lake and watching a variety of birds fly past and through the trees on the property.

Even better than described!

4 of us stayed in this lake house after a golf trip. Each of us enjoyed having our own very nice bedrooms and all the bathroom amenities that we needed. The kitchen is large and well appointed and the welcome snacks and waters were much appreciated. The large living areas and dining table were nice for hanging out and having dinner that we had delivered. A surprise was the media room with comfortable seating and large projector screen and great sound system. The location near the lake is absolutely beautiful. We only wish we were able to stay longer!

When we arrived there was construction happening next door with loud equipment and blowing dust clouds. This left outdoor areas unusable and very dirty. The garbage bins out front smelled like rotting fish and were crawling with maggots. Beware of very steep downward driveway. We asked if early check in was possible - which they accommodated but at first said no so we drove around until 4 because we didn’t see the updated message - but I think that left some areas neglected (e.g., hair in showers etc). The mattress in the primary bedroom needs to be replaced because it’s totally collapsed on one side. The heat pump unit has mold and the basement either smells like mildew or cat pee. There is a general sense of a “very used” air about the whole house. I think with some deep cleaning and some replacements this place could be nice. We only stayed 1/5 nights we had booked and then moved to somewhere else. We only booked this place because the VRBO we were supposed to stay in ended up falling through. We were very happy at our next choice!
