Step inside this cottage at MeadowView. This cottage has all of the amenities needed for a family stay or groomsmen weekend. We’re just minutes away from both Eagle Trace Golf course and Cave Run Lake! The cottage is located right off the 133 exit - very convenient for those passing through the area traveling. Our cottage is fully furnished + equipped with a washed/dryer, full bathroom, all towels, etc. The house features a 2 bed 1 bath with a queen size pull out couch to sleep 6!

I never received any information for check in. I called several times with no response back. When we finally talked to someone on the property to get a code we were at least able to get in the property. Inside the couch was broken down and nasty! The commode was unsteady and not secure to the floor. We love to come to this area but will not be staying here again!

Jessica, I am sorry you were unhappy with your stay. I told both the owner of the coffee shop and my assistant check for your arrival and make sure you got in OK. VRBO always sends check-in instructions so I'm not sure why they weren't sent regardless. I messaged you at 3 PM and I know you were in by then - but I never heard anything back from you about any issues you had. If I had been made aware of the toilet and couch I would've sent someone asap to fix these issues for you. Next time you book a place, be sure to let the host know immediately of any issues. I will absolutely take full responsibility for the miscommunication at check-in, but I had no idea about the other two things. Again, I'm very sorry.
