Welcome to The Parlor House at Mansion Flats, a uniquely decorated retreat nestled in one of Sacramento’s most historic and vibrant neighborhoods. This stylish unit is the entire top floor of a duplex, blending vintage charm with modern flair, just steps from the city's best dining, entertainment, and cultural attractions. Inside, you'll find thoughtfully curated décor, comfortable furnishings, and all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable visit.

Your home away from home in the heart of Sacramento's Mansion Flats neighborhood. This spacious top-floor duplex has a touch of modern style and vintage charm - perfect for relaxing, working or exploring the capitol city.

Inside you'll find two comfy bedrooms and plenty of thoughtful touches to help you settle right in. The full kitchen is ready for anything, whether your cooking a big dinner or just making snacks, and the dining room seats six for easy meals or game nights.

Kick back in the bright parlor, where floor-to-ceiling velvet drapes frame tall windows. It's a great spot to cozy up with a book, play board games, catch up with friends, or watch you favorite shows on TV.

If you love coffee or tea, you are covered - there's a single-serve Keurig, a tea kettle, a French press and a 12-cup drip coffee maker, plus Brita-filtered water.

Whether you're here to explore downtown, attend meetings or just relax, this bright and comfortable flat is the perfect home base for your stay.

Guests have full private access to the entire top floor of the duplex, including both bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, dining room, and parlor. You'll also have your own private entrance and stairway.

Parking is easy street parking. No parking Wednesday mornings in front of the property due to City trash service access.

We like to give guests their space but we're available if you need anything. You can reach out through the app anytime during your stay, and we'll respond as quickly as we can. Whether you have a question, need a recommendation, or run into an issue, we're here to help make your stay as smooth and comfortable as possible.

The apartment was very nicely decorated and great location to the convention center where most of our business was taking place! The owner was very responsive to our inquiries, the place was very clean and suited us 3 travelers well.

This is the second time I have stayed at this property. It has all the amenities needed; kitchen is well equipped and the beds are comfortable. It is in a good location to walk to restaurants, workouts, and downtown which is where I come for work. There is construction going on in the building next door but it is almost completed and it is still very quiet at night.

There was an issue with supplies at the house. I contacted the host and he remedied the issue right away.

The host was very responsive and replied immediately when a small issue arose with the door code not matching. The home was lovely, provided lots of amenities and conveniently located for attendance at a conference. There was even a parking pass for street parking. I’d happily stay here again.

Overall property was great and the unit was just as described. Beds are good, kitchen is fully equipped. We had a hard time checking in with the lock code. But the property owner responded very quickly. It appears to be a newer unit and some upkeep needed to be done in the front yard. Also, for the short term there is a large building under construction next to it. It can be loud in a weekday morning, but I would say after November it would be completed. It didn't bother me because I had to go to work. I would imagine the weekends are fine too. The neighborhood is good and there are restaurants in walking distance. Also The Academy is a great workout spot.

We stayed over the holiday weekend for a convention. The host was truly wonderful. Communication was easy and so quick to reply. As for the property, the only negative, and it wasn’t even a negative was a conversation worker was double parked so I couldn’t see the property address. I just rolled down my window and yelled at the guy to tell me what the address on the house was since his big truck was blocking the view. The residence was beautiful. I love all of the detailing in the decor. I’m a sucker for a skeleton key. The beds were so comfortable! There were even little snacks available for us, which I thought was a lovely little treat! I would definitely recommend staying here, and I will be looking for this listing again next year.
