Relax with family and friends in this 3 bedroom home located within walking distance to everything Winona Lake has to offer. You'll be steps from the walking and biking trails. A quick stroll to the Winona Lake beach where you'll find endless activities; splash pad, playground, pickleball and basketball courts just to name a few. Just a little further you'll find yourself in the heart of the village for shopping and dinning. Grace College Campus is less than a mile away.

Our home has everything you need for a relaxing stay if you're in town for a few nights or need a home away from home for a few weeks.

Each room is equipped with a TV and noise maker. The updated bathroom features a privacy shower door.

The open concept living area is great for gathering; the living room offers plenty of seating and the fireplace is perfect for chilly Indiana evenings. The kitchen offers a Keurig maker, regular coffee maker and a coffee press.

The covered patio offers seating and a great place to relax and grill in the evenings or take a dip in the hot tub.

The property also includes a full size washer and dryer and soft water with reverse osmosis drinking water.

We had a great time! Loved the layout and location. We were able to walk into Winona lake. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. Everything was clean and having a hot tub was really nice. We had some trouble with the consistency of the HVAC at night and the beds weren’t very comfy so no one really slept well, unfortunately. Crystal was great to work with and made sure to check in and be available. Thank you for hosting us!

Getting into the home was easy and the home is lovely! The kitchen was more than adequately stocked and all rooms were decorated in a stylish and tasteful manner. We loved the proximity to the trail system and wonderful local restaraunts (we ate at the Boathouse! amazing!). We were just a bit disappointed that it wasn't actually on the lake and that may have been an oversight when we booked but it might be helpful if the owner noted that on the booking. We didn't take advantage of the hot tub as it's quite a bit away from the back door and not all that private.
