Pet Policy - We Love Pets!

We know that pets are part of the family, which is why we proudly welcome them at no additional upfront pet fee. If you're bringing your furry friends along, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance, including the number of pets, their breed(s), and weight.

Guests are fully responsible for any damage caused by their pets during the stay. This includes, but is not limited to: stains, odors, scratches, or chewing damage. We ask that all pets remain leashed and under your full control at all times while on the property to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone.

As a pet-friendly cabin, we rent to both guests with and without pets. While we provide a thorough professional cleaning after every stay, we cannot guarantee the absence of pet allergens. Non-Smoking Policy

To maintain a clean, healthy, and enjoyable environment for all our guests, smoking of any kind—including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana—is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and within 15 feet of all doors, windows, and outdoor living spaces, including the hot tub and fire pit areas.

Any violation of this policy will result in a minimum $1,500 cleaning and restoration fee, which will be charged to the guest’s account. This fee covers deep cleaning, odor removal, and potential cancellation or compensation to future guests affected by lingering smoke.

We appreciate your cooperation in keeping our cabin smoke-free for everyone’s comfort and safety.
