Fully furnished. WIFI and Smart 50" Roku TV. AC & Heat. Washer/Dryer - Inside th unit. Full Kitchen. Office Desk. Fully Stocked Kitchen with Utensils, Plates, Pots, Pans and Cooking Spices. Complimentary Coffee and Water. Outdoor Pool

1) PARKING DETAILS:
-PAID Gated Parking available @ $5/day per automobile. Photo of vehicle and license plate required. Towing enforced.
-Also available is FREE street parking (must abide by all City of Houston street parking signs)
-Do NOT park in front parking spaces along 1903 Commonwealth. They belong to the commercial office building next door.

2) The unit is located on the second floor.

3) Additional Pet Fees Required. Please Inquire for Info!

4) WASHER/DRYER DETAILS:
Option 1: Washer & Dryer inside the unit.
Option 2: Washer& dryer is a coin-operated / credit card-operated laundry shared by all of the tenants at the apartment complex. Please provide your laundry detergent for personal use.

5) Our units undergo pest control treatments each month. We will provide you advanced notice prior to treatment. By booking this property, you agree to allow us access if this falls during your reservation.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Pros:The apartment looked just like the photos, it was cute, and the bed was very comfortable. I also appreciated that the owner was willing to work with me when I needed to cancel one of the days.Cons:The listing clearly states check-in at 4:00 PM and check-out at 11:00 AM. However, on the morning of our arrival, we received a message saying the apartment would be ready sometime between 4–6 PM. We’d planned our entire travel day around a 4 PM check-in, so we could change clothes/freshen up and head to the convention center by 5. Because the unit was not ready at 4 as advertised, we had to change our clothes in our car.A similar issue happened at check-out. At 8 AM on departure day, we received a message asking us to leave by 10 AM instead of the advertised 11 AM. The inconsistent timing created unnecessary stress and inconvenience for us.There was only one towel per guest provided for the entire stay. The towels were very small and extremely rough. I’m not even sure where you find towels that rough. The sheets and blanket were low quality as well.The check-in instructions also stated that the thermostat could not be set below 70F or the unit would freeze. As a result, the apartment was uncomfortably warm at night. We ran the fan at full speed to compensate, but it was quite loud and rattled throughout the night.All of these issues seem easily correctable if the host is willing to address them. It would significantly improve the overall guest experience.
