• Luggage storage 🧳 in the lobby area.

• Direct access to the beach 🏝️, open daily from 7 AM to 7 PM (hours may vary).

• Includes one free parking space 🅿️ in the garage.

• Beach chairs and an umbrella rentals are available on the beach.

• Laundry 🧺 facilities are available daily from 6 AM to 11 PM. Machines are token-operated, with tokens purchasable from the lobby during weekday hours ($3.00 per token)

Other Things to Note:
• Conveniently located: 5 minutes from SJU Airport, 10 minutes to the Convention District, 15 minutes to Plaza Las Américas, and 35 minutes to El Yunque Rainforest 🌿

• Power outages are a possibility. The building's generator powers only common areas (e.g., elevators) and not the unit.
