Mark the host was very responsive and nice, I was able to check in earlier. Apartment was at a great area in isla verde, very clean, smelled great and place looks just like its pics. The pool was excellent, Beach was walking distance. There were beach chairs, cooler and the machine/dryer was a plus. I would recommend to family and friends and would book again with Mark.

Stay was outstanding. Mark was beyond available and accomodating! Condo was spotless and as described. Property was gated and unit was located on 2nd floor (elevator). Bed was super comfy and condo had everything I needed for stay (especially warm water). Neighbors were friendly and neighborhood was amazing. Near beaches, main attractions, PR restaurants, dancing, museums, etc. Pool was nice, especially after a day at beach. Parking spot was definitely a plus!

Great Location!

This property is located around the corner from the beach. Right behind The San Juan Hotel and Royal Sonesta where the nightlife is fantastic and they're restaurants all over the place, everything within walking distance. Kitchen was fully equipped, even a new blender that I had requested before hand. The bedrm was super comfortable. Property also provided us with all the essentials, beach chairs and cooler. Host was very communicative and I would Definitely recommend this place and will come back to stay here again!
