Why they chose this property
We love old buildings, and we love renovating old buildings. We tried to acquire the building that was on this site, but were unsuccessful (the City of Altoona razed the building in 2021). So we worked to acquire the site and build the building back, albeit using modular construction. And that's what we did.

It's wonderfully located in Altoona's most urban area, along Altoona's north-south artery, 6th Avenue, and one block to Altoona's east-west artery, 17th Street ,
