Why they chose this property

I love where we live. La Ropa, is the nicest beach in the area as well as one of the nicest neighborhoods in the area. There are good restaurants around us, we can walk to the beach if we feel adventurous or drive and in 5 min. we could have our feet in the sand, this area is pretty quiet, we enjoy waking up to the sound of the waves, the birds, nature. It cannot get better than this.

Villa Ventana del Mar is so unique, it has character, it is open living, no glass windows but in the shower and sink counters. when you walk through the main door, your jaw drops to the beauty of the scene. The entrance frames, for a moment, the view of what is ahead, the most beautiful scenery, the ocean, the sky, the clouds, the sun, the mountains, town and for a moment everything sits still, and then you immerse deeper into it, then you see the beach, people, boats, sailboats from a distance, it is mesmerizing.
