We are always here to help with any inquiries and offer concierge services! We can help you with recommendations of where to eat, what to do, connect you with professional tour operators, etc. We are available when you need us but we respect your peace and stay behind the scenes. We are here for you throughout your stay!

Please note that garden and pool maintenance are scheduled and authorized to be on the property twice a week so this is to be expected. And to ensure your gorgeous views remain tidy!

While there is a small guest house on the property, it may or may not be occupied during your stay. However, the two structures are thoughtfully positioned to ensure privacy and minimize visibility between the homes. Your pool and terrace is private to your group, and not shared.

Whether you’re here to relax, surf, or enjoy the vibrant Tamarindo lifestyle, Casa Quetzal’s main home is your ideal home base. Reach out with any questions or to book your stay!
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night's rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
