Guests have full access to the home, except for the attic, supply closet next to the stairs, and linen closet in the primary suite, which are reserved for our team. The property is fully fenced and gated with self-check-in via keypad. Your personal code will be sent prior to check-in.

Parking: • Enjoy Private gated parking for 2 cars. Free street parking nearby if available (Not a Promise).
(Please be considerate of neighbors and do not block driveways.)
For groups bringing more than 2 cars, we recommend using Uber or Lyft for additional vehicles to avoid parking issues.

Please ensure the correct guest count is entered when booking (children count as guests). Maximum occupancy: 10 guests.

Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 11 AM
Late check-out and early check-in are available for $25/hour (must be pre-arranged and subject to availability). Overstay fees apply if not arranged in advance.
Cleanliness & Respect

This is our cherished home—not a hotel. Please treat it with love and care.
Kindly remove outdoor shoes inside the home (House of Socks!).
Avoid dragging luggage across walls to prevent scuffing.
Use provided towels or makeup wipes to avoid damaging white linens.
