Property was clean, had enough beds for our group and no bunkbeds. Within walking distance of Broadway. Easy to Uber as well.

Property was exactly what we needed. I caused chaos by setting off an alarm after check in (they’ll never forget me, lol). One phone call and they were there in minutes. We were in Nashville for our adult son’s hockey tournament (his team won!). The location was perfect for walking to Broadway, and having a safe place to park my truck was wonderful. We will definitely be contacting the Host to stay again when we return for the Steelers vs Titans game.

Thank you so much for the 10/10 review! Huge congratulations to your son and his hockey team on the big win! We were more than happy to pop over quickly and help clear up the alarm—it was no trouble at all. We’re thrilled you enjoyed the location, parking, and easy walk to Broadway, and we would love to host you again for the Steelers vs. Titans game!

Hi there—we're Jessica and Tyler, the husband-and-wife duo behind JeTy Vacations and your hosts at Pretty in the City! We're local realtors and proud Nashvillians who are passionate about creating stylish, comfortable spaces in locations we love. Every property we host is hand-picked, professionally designed, and treated like a place we’d want to stay ourselves (because sometimes, we do!). Jessica taught 4th grade in East Nashville for over a decade before jumping into real estate full-time. She's all about hospitality, attention to detail, and helping women feel confident in their first home—or their first girls’ trip to Nashville! Tyler is a born-and-raised Nashville native (a true unicorn 🦄) who knows every street, show, and skyline view in town. We’re also proud parents to our baby girl, Lillie—who keeps us on our toes and reminds us how important it is to create memorable experiences. Between us, we’ve hosted thousands of stays across our 15+ properties—from downtown townhomes to lake houses to beachfront condos. Whether you're here to celebrate, relax, or explore, we’re here to help you have the kind of stay you’ll want to repeat every year. We can’t wait to host you in Music City! 💕

Pretty in the City 💖 The best part? You can walk to Broadway. No waiting on Ubers, no surge pricing—just stroll to the bars, concerts, and restaurants, then come back to free gated parking, two private balconies, and a peaceful night's sleep. Designed with girls' trips in mind, you'll love: ✨ Chic emerald + blush vibes 🔥 Cozy double-sided fireplace 🍷 Private balcony for wine before going out 🎱 Garage game room for late-night fun 🛏️ Plenty of space for everyone to get ready together I actually lived in this community years ago, so I knew it was the perfect spot when we had the chance to create this home. It's close to everything without feeling chaotic. Grab your girls, pack your boots, and make this your Nashville home base. 🤍

この宿泊施設の特徴

There are plenty of places to stay in Nashville—but few like this. Here’s what makes Pretty in the City stand out: 🚶‍♀️ 4 Blocks to Broadway – Skip the rideshare—walk to live music, rooftop bars, and iconic spots in minutes. 🚗 Private Garage Parking – Downtown parking is rare (and expensive)! 🏓 Private Game Room Garage – Perfect for pre-game or laid-back hangouts before hitting the town. 🔥 Double-Sided Fireplace – A cozy centerpiece between the living and dining spaces that adds warmth and style. 🌸 Chic, Feminine Design – Emerald green + blush pink accents make this townhome feel playful and elevated. 🛌 Comfortably Sleeps 8 – Real beds, no bunks. Two ensuite bedrooms + trundle and queen sleeper for flexibility. 🍷 Balcony & Patio Spaces – One for morning coffee, one for evening wine and grilling. 🧺 In-Unit Washer/Dryer – Ideal for longer stays or outfit changes before a big night out.
