We had a wonderful girls’ trip. Place was perfect for us. A little walk to Broadway but it was very close to the tours we booked. Would stay here again.
Loved the stay ! Very walkable to broadway. Only complaint is construction across the street every morning, but it will be over eventually. Would def stay here again!
The pool was a nice touch! Bedrooms were spacious & the showers were nice & clean. Great place for a bachelorette weekend! The host was great at communicating with me throughout the process.
The property is very nice; the bedrooms were very clean, and it is close to restaurants—we walked to Broadway several times. Chris stayed in communication with us the entire time, and check-in was very easy. We will be returning to Nashville soon, and this will be our place to stay. 100% recommended.
It was just ok! Not exactly what we were expecting from the pics! Shared outdoor space was not very kid friendly! Bed was so hard! Construction next door was extremely loud!
Very attentive host with quick communication and responses. Easy check in and very nice place to stay while in Nashville for bachelor party. Room for all 10 of us. Able to walk everywhere. Check out is a bit early after a late night but this is due to the next party check in which is understandable. Thanks Nash Rentals. Would definitely stay here again.
Went for the weekend for me and my sisters birthday with a group of 10 and this place was perfect!! Plenty of space for all of us and a great place to hang out. Perfect walking distance to broadway. Hot tub was fun and the place was just as pictured. 10/10 would come again!!
Celebrated with family and friends a 21st birthday. Space was great, the bunk room for all the boys was perfect. Property was as described, the walk to Broadway was a little longer than we thought but not horrible. Outside space was nice for an extra place to relax.
Overall our stay was amazing. The place was very clean and very nice. The hot tub was amazing. The host was super friendly and quickly got back to us with any questions that we had. Also he made check in and check out very simple with a very detailed list for us. I would highly recommend staying here as it is a nice walk to broadway or a short scooter ride.

The pictures are VERY misleading. I searched for quite some time for the perfect place to stay to celebrate a birthday and we were all pretty disappointed. Firstly, we feel absolutely scammed for paying what we paid. You pull up to a small building - the city is NOT in your view so the pictures that suggest you’re sitting in the hot tub while city watching - definitely not.Master bathroom shower had a very irritating leak. The bed was stiffer than a board. There were cockroaches all in the small sitting area when you walk in. (Only saw them at night). The construction at 5am !!!! So loud and NOT what you want to hear right outside your window when paying 3k plus for two nights!I will say though, the communication was great which was appreciated. I understand the importance of good reviews for business but this place was very misleading and a disappointment for the price.
The kitchen was not as fully stocked with cooking equipment as we would have liked. Although many people might not be looking to cook meals in Nashville, we were planning on cooking breakfasts and one dinner. There were definitely not enough adequate pots and pans to cook with. The kitchen was WELL stocked with glassware and had a nice stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, very nice coffee pot, blender, and plates/bowls. I'd suggest more pots and pans and silverware if people plan to cook. The hot tub was very nice. It had recently had clean water added to it so it was only about 85 the first night but was up to a wonderful 104 degrees by the next morning.

long term construction project going on across the street, very disruptive Mon through Saturday!!!! Minimal hot water in master bedroom and kitchen, pool and hot tub looked
We stayed at this property Nov.13-16, 2025 and had an absolute blast! We had a party of 10 adults and the property was extremely spacious with plenty of room for all of us to stay and yet still have our privacy. Living room was cozy, excellent kitchen with nice long island and ample supplies. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms were nicely done. The back yard area was perfect for us to hang out and have a beer and soak in the hot tub from all the walking we did. The location was great! We walked, Ubered, rode scooters and bikes all to Broadway Street! Only a few minutes each way. Perfect location and property for a large group to spend the weekend in Nashville. Also, our host Chris was always available if we had any questions or suggestions we asked about. Very accommodating! 5 ’s all the way around! Thank you Chris!!
We had a wonderful time.Loved the pool and hot tub.Beds were very comfortable.Easy check-in and check-out!Definitely need more pots & pans for cooking.
